Data entry? I'm not sure how they'd be data-entry specific, but a generalization is:

Alpha == letters (ALPHAbet)
Numeric == numbers (keypad, 0-9)
Keystrokes == umm, keystroke (1 key stroke = 1 typed character)

I think they're asking for your skill level in the various types of data entry. There are different tests such as alpha, numeric, alpha-numeric and total keystrokes per hour. It helps them determine the type of data entry position your best suited for(such as all numbers or alpha-numeric like on invoices). I found this site that might help explain it.
