I am gonig to be doing this later this week. I got one of those "wizardry" dools from Target today. I heard they will work, but take some more time. They are like mini dremels. But which "dremel bit" should I use? Should I use the one thats rounded like a disc, and is used to "cut" metal according to the package? Or are you supposed to use more of a "drill bit" type thing, w/a pointed edge. Thanks.

Ehhh...sounds like you gotta cheap dremel. What's the RPM on that "wizardry tool?" You are correct on the bit. They're called cutting wheels and they're slower to cut with than jigsaws but they're much easier to control and you can cut curves with them (if the wheel is small enough). Be prepared to go through several of them, somewhere in the neighborhood of 5-10.

The RPM's on it is like 12,000 and 17,000 or something like that. I should get about 10 discs for the whole process?

make sure you have some good disks to do cutting with. ones that have a fiberglass mesh are best. get some extra so that if you do break one. it will take some time to cut this out.........when the took gets to warm then just stop and let it cool down before you cut some more.

ehhhh, I usually set my dremel at 30,000 when cutting steel on a case

get one of the value packs of the heavy duty cut-off wheels assuming the dremel parts will work with your rotary tool
