Question about CPU-Z showing incorrect data

I have an Athlon XP 2700+ T-Bred chip in my secondary computer, and CPU-Z lists the specs as Athlon XP 1500+, Family 6, model 8, stepping 1, Ext. Family 7, Ext Model 8, revision 80.

The core speed it lists is 1293.1 Mhz and 99.5 FSB.

Just wondering if this is a problem or if CPU-Z displays stuff incorrectly often. Thanks in advance.

Doesn't make any sense. Are you sure you have the FSB and multi set properly in BIOS? You should be at 333x13.

yeah CPUZ doesnt make too many mistakes, usually if its not gonna work, it'll reboot the machine, not report the wrong info, like huesmann said, make sure all your settings are correct for that chip in your cmos setup
