Question about CPU-Z and bios settings for ram

I have a Soyo Ultra Plat (KT333) with a new 2400+

In my bios I have my memory Tras setting set at 6 with my other option of being 7 but CPU-Z is saying its at 5.


Which one should I believe is right?
