Question about CPU swap.........

Currently I have AMD XP 1600 and I'm in process of purchasing XP1900 (Plalamino) and I was wondering if anyone can show me a link to step by step procedures for CPU swap, since I've never swap CPUs before.

I should be able to reset CMOS just by removing lithium battery for awhile, right? I don't want to mess with jumpers if I don't have to.

It's much easier to short the "clear cmos" jumper than it is to take the battery out.
