I've been reading CPU magazine since 2002 so I'm not sure why or how I am just now noticing this, but there use to be multiple articles wrote by different figures in the industry (Anand for one) in each CPU magazine. The monthly issues have been seeming very bland lately and I just realized why - they no longer have any of these articles.
Hell, the latest issue doesn't even have the word from editor/ceo/(forgot who) at the beginning of the magazine. It has ALWAYS been there before now.
For me, they have made this magazine extremely unpersonal now and while I did not notice what was causing it, it has made the magazine very boring. I always loved reading the articles, the industry insider, anands articles, and that guy with glasses that always would have a live cam in his house (forgot his name, Chris something), and the guy with the cigar in the mouth.
Where did these articles go? Now that I think about it, I don't think I've seen them for months. I'll have to go through my recent issues to make sure. After a decade of supporting this magazine, I may have to move to something else if these articles don't return. This is what made CPU magazine CPU magazine and they took it away
