One really gross anecdote, there was this one guy who was having surgery on his arm and the nurses were putting in a catheter into his bladder for the procedure. They called a urologist in, and he yanked back on the foreskin and about 2 tablespoons of the worst smelling cheese came out. It was nearly vomit inducing.
