I don't think you can do anything about them turning around in your driveway... except maybe park your car at the end of the driveway. If they hit the car and shrug it off like nothing happened, catch them in the act (video or pictures), then report them for hit and run.

Cops can't really do anything. Your driveway is private property, most they'll do is file a report for your insurance.

Park your car at the end of your driveway so they don't pull in in the first place. Let 'em ding someone else's sh|t up.
