Question about burning audio CD's

OutHouse

Lifer
Im going to buy a Plextor burner and i would like to have software that will let me take my audio cd's and burn them to play in my stock cd player in my truck and my home CD player. Is this possible?

also is there software that will let me burn MP'3 so they are audio CD's for my truck cd player and home CD player??

<< sorry tweak, i hit enter instead of tab and posted before i put the body of my question in. >>

i know, i just have too much fun neffing 😀

to answer your question:
Your burner should come with nero, you can burn CDs that will play in your truck CD player(IF your truck CD player can play CD-Rs, if it can't then you're SOL)

It all depends on whether or not your cd-player can read CDR's (most can...check your manual)

As for mp3's, Nero will decode them for you before burning if that's what you're asking about.

I haven't found a CD player yet that won't read True Silver discs (From CDROutlet).

Viper GTS

so there is no way i can burn music Cd's and have them work in a stock AC/Delco CD player that came in my 1995 truck. its just a plain CD player.

nobody said that. Try burning a CD and then playing it on your truck. If that works then great, if not try out some of those true silver that viper recomended

It will probably work. My trusty old technics desktop CD player from 1990 reads all of them without any problem. In fact, it is now getting so old it has problems reading the original CDs and it reads the copies better!!
