Er, what? Evolution isn't an object, so it's not bounds to any notion of thermodynamics. Not sure what you were getting at here, nor how it relates to the OP.

I don't know what he's getting at but order to disorder has been used against evolution. If things tend to a lowest state then we shouldn't exist. But that ignores the fact that thermodynamics is a statistical phenomenon. The total entropy of a system does not require absolute uniformity so pockets of complexity can and do exist.

Thermodynamics does impact evolution, however, that's beyond the scope of this thread. The flow of energy drives change, that is the acquisition of "food" be it material or light.
