Question about ATA 133 controllers?

If I had an ATA133 HDD, would this card make any performance differnce (PROMISE ULTRA133TX2 CONTROLLER CARD)? The system would just be for gaming and regular use. What are the benefits of this?

I wasn't too surprised when I didn't get any REAL boost when I got my 133 setup. I was using a promise Ultra 66 card. Seems like my biggest kick in the pants was when I went from my 33 to 66 with a 7200 RPM drive. Depending on what you're starting with, I might suggest saving the money on the 133 card and loading up with an excessive amount of RAM if the system is primarily for gaming...
