When they say "Send resume to ..."
Do they assume you will send a cover letter also? Should I know to do that automatically?
Also, sometimes they provide a text box to cut and paste my resume. Obviously the formatting isn't intact when I paste it, so I have to clean it up a bit. Is that what they want? ...plain text, very limited formatting? It seems like it would be hard to read.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
