OK, excuse me because I don't know Honda's very well.
I'm going to assume it's Front Wheel Drive.
I'm also going to assume the tire that was on the left front is now on the right front.
The RF tire is bad. When it was on the LF, it pulled to the left and when on the RF it pulls to the right. If you wait 5000 miles, they will pro-rate the warranty and you will have to pay.
You could swap it with either of the rears and see if the pull goes away, but you still have a bad tire that may wear out much quicker and will never be able to be rotated onto the front.
Bad tires do not fix themselves.
Me, I would march into Costco and demand a replacement. If the manager is on the ball, after you explain the procedures you've gone through and show him receipts, it should be a no-brainer for him.
The tire manufacturer will accept this with no qualms whatsoever.
