Question about a rebate

I'm filling out a rebate form for this UPS I purchased today and I'm confused about one thing. The rebate form has 1 address while the online rebate pre-submission I did has a slightly different address to mail to


Option A) address on receipt

YOUNG AMERICA
PROGRAM Y4177
PO BOX 6178
YOUNG AMERICA, MN 55558-6178

Option B) address on online pre-submission printout

Circuit City $45 Cable Rebate
PO BOX 6178 - Dept Web
Young America, MN 55558-6178

Option C) Either one should be ok.

People like to steal anything of value. Both addresses go to the same box, but I'd go for A.
