Question about a home network setup

I have a question. If you have a DSL modem/router(not in bridged mode) hooked into a switch and have a WAP connected to the switch would there be any issues? Would throwing the DSL modem in bridged mode connected to a router(instead of a switch) and connecting a WAP or two to that be a better choice?

Thanks.

It depends on your needs, if the Router in the combo Modem/Router is lacking features that you need then you would need an additional Router.

Otherwise it does not matter.

When you use an Access Point make sure thta its core IP is of the same sunet as the main Router.
