I have a question about a computer case that more experienced builders might be able to help me with.

I would like to buy this Lian-Li case

but I am worried about the side fan and the fan on the back being obtrusive to anything coming up from the motherboard. For instance if I wanted to add this

would there be room for it?

I can't imagine that Lian Li would design something that would get in the way of common motherboard components.

Any reason for concern?

That HSF is only 5" tall, so it should fit with everything in place. The A-C units are some of the more compact available. You might want to check out the OCZ Vendetta units as well - they are compact and very effective as well.
