Question about 3800+ CPUs

Ok... I've already done a search and can't really find an answer so please don't flame if this is a repost.
But what is the difference in this 3800+ and this 3800+? Both CPUs have the same core, FSB, GHz, cache, voltage, ect. So why the 2 different model numbers? There's got to be some kind of difference.

Nope... they're both Venice cores. And if the printer was the difference then only Newegg's numbers would be different. Not AMD's model number.

BW = venice E6
E6 is the newer reivsion

On average, yes the e3 overclocks better.
