Eactly what he said.
All the Q makers like this are too shallow to actually put anything in. If I shred some chicken and put in the cheese, then the lid won't close and I have to use a lot of force to get it closed and then stand there holding it because it doesn't lock. And then it all oozes out.
THe final product tastes good and all but they would be better if they had deeper cavities for putting the toppings.
Doing them in a fry pan is easy and isn't messy at all unless you over stuff it. Just put a little oil in a pan, drop in the assembled Quesadilla. After a bit flip it (cheese should have melted and will hold it all together) and then take it out when it's done.
Oh, and you can get the Q makers from Kohls, WalMart, etc. Should be easy to find.
