Is there any way to undo the thoughts of the guy that thought this show up?

This show has been advertised quite a bit on NBC for the Bravo version, and NBC will be airing a 30 minute version on Thursday after Will & Grace (big surprise). If you find Jack on Will & Grace to be funny then you probably will find this show to be funny as well.

My wife and I watched this show last night and we found it funny.

The Fashion guy's comments throughout the show were hilarious, especially when he was cracking on the guy's girlfriend. "There's a hooker in Trenton who wants her boots back."

For the past 8 years, since I was 12 and introduced into the internet, I have not watched much TV, and reality shows bug the crap out of me. People spend their valuable hours of their lives watching someone else's life. I realize the computer is not much better, but I feel I am at least interacting/learning/socializing on a computer instead of just sucking television fed entertainment from a box. I thought Survivor One was cool because one of the contestants lived 15 mins from me. After that I just laugh when I see some new reality show come out.

The thought of 5 gay guys giving me a "makeover" makes me nauseous to say the least... but OTOH, my friend and his girlfriend say they're gonna take me clothes shopping one day (which I desprately need to do, since I've been in the same clothes for like 3 years!!)..

The one on last night was freakin' hilarious. The straight guys GF was a total bitch!

I can't believe she made him completely change just to suit her.

Thats the one thing I won't do for a girl: change my style of clothes.. I wear what I find comfortable, not what a girl says I should wear...

I got rid of some of my shirts (that I bought well before we met) at my wife's insistence. I used to wear this tan and white plaid or a blue and white plaid shirt to work and I liked them, for some unknown reason. My wife used to call them my nerd shirts and threaten to burn them. Finally bought some new T-shirts and got rid of them for good.

I still have no sense of fashion, but my wife usually allows herself to be seen in public with me. ;)

How about we see what a bunch of homos can do with a poodle? That'd make a great show.

So round up a few of your friends, a poodle, and a camera and submit a pilot episode to FOX. I'm sure they'd be thrilled.

that was hillarious. i think that guy's name is carson(the fashion guy). he's a riot.

my wife and i love this show. she's a big fan of "trading spaces" and "what not to wear" on TLC the latter of which is most like this show. i think it's sort of like men's health magazine on tv. can't wait for the next episode.

was it me or did she not seem that in to moving in with him?

i think the guy should take carson's advice and dump her since he's got a rocking bachelor pad now. that would be funny.

EDIT: and the guy totally looked much better after the haircut.

"I've been in the same clothes for like 3 years!!).."

Pffft, I've been wearing T-shirts and jeans since... hell, since I was born! I own one suit for funerals and almost nothing in between. I may watch this show just to see WTF I'm supposed to be wearing these days. I've got to find a job quick, and I don't even have anything to wear for interviews... or to the job if I happen to get hired!

Cripes, my wife bought me some 'Dockers' (I think that's what they're called) about 3 years ago. They still have tags. I don't even have shoes to wear with them. WTF kind of shoes go with pants like that anyway?

I would but I just don't have the time. Too many good tv shows to watch.

There are? You must have a different cable lineup that I do. Last I checked, 90% of the stuff on my TV was total crap.

Well, that much I know, but other than work shoes and rubber boots, sneakers is all I own. Oh, I forgot I have some spiffy black dress loafers for my only suit, but I don't think those are quite right either.
