I guess I'll just stick to comedy central, seeing as there seems to be nothing good on any other channels.

I don't know that it'll work for certain, but I'm quite willing to try power tools :D:beer:

Well, that much I know, but other than work shoes and rubber boots, sneakers is all I own. Oh, I forgot I have some spiffy black dress loafers for my only suit, but I don't think those are quite right either.
A casual boot or low-top shoe will work. I have a pair of these that I'll wear with khakis or jeans.

How about we see what a bunch of homos can do with a poodle? That'd make a great show.
So round up a few of your friends, a poodle, and a camera and submit a pilot episode to FOX. I'm sure they'd be thrilled.
I would but I just don't have the time. Too many good tv shows to watch.
There are? You must have a different cable lineup that I do. Last I checked, 90% of the stuff on my TV was total crap.
Yeah, we get homos doing make overs, john and nancy trailer trash confiding their marital troubles to an audience of friends, unreality shows, all kinds of fun stuff.

Yep. About the only stuff that doesn't fall into the crap category in my book is:

The Man Show. My wife, of all people turned me on to this show. :D

Elimidate technically is a reality show (which I usually despise), but is still pretty good for the entertainment derived from watching a bunch of skanks bagging on each other to impress some geek they're on a date with.

Animal Planet has some good shows like Animal Cops/Animal Precinct and The Planet's Funniest Animals. I just wish they'd get rid of that annoying-ass guy who hosts Planet's Funniest Animals. Grrrr....

Other than that, I'd rather read a good book than subject myself to most of the crap on TV.

EDIT: I'll admit that I like watching Jerry Springer occasionally. That show definitely scrapes the bottom of the shallow end of the gene pool. Not to mention, Cops is always good. :D

Do you get BBC America? There are two shows they have that are worth watching IMO.

Coupling is hilarious. Kinda like "Friends" but way, way, way more "adult" humor.

So Graham Norton is a talk show hosted by a hyperactive, flamboyantly gay guy who has a Dolly Parton fixation and loves to embarrass his guests. Also hilarious.

Haven't watched the show, and don't plan on it, but I will say this; gay guys, judging from the ones I've known, are funny as hell. They're a riot, and it's worth the price of admission just to watch them rip the sh!t out of things. This doesn't, of course, apply to all of them, but just the ones I've known.

Bummer. Maybe you could track down some eps via Bittorrent or something?

Yeah, I may do that. The funny thing is that a buddy from work and I were just talking about using BitTorrent to get stuff like this since I haven't gotten around to checking it out yet.

Haha...I watched 2 episodes of this last night. First the half hour on NBC, then the hour on Bravo. It's freaking hilarious. The only thing, is it's almost like winning a contest. You get a whole lot of nice sh!t! I'd definitely put up with being harassed by 5 gay dudes for a day for a whole new wardrobe and an apartment makeover! Of course, my gf has me pretty well trained, so I don't think I would qualify for the show. :p

I think the show is pretty good.

it reminds me a ton about when I had a gay roommate back in college... they definately have far better style than most straight geek slobs (like me).

The one on last night was freakin' hilarious. The straight guys GF was a total bitch!

I can't believe she made him completely change just to suit her.
I agree...

And I like the show

I hate reality shows, but this is an awsome show...

too funny for words....
you should watch the bravo version, and not the watered downed NBC version.

I just watched this show. I thought it was pretty damn good. Kind of scared me that they actually did one thing that I used to do when I dated. The advance visit to restaurants etc. before a date so I would know exactly how to get there, what the layout was, dress code, menu, etc. I would even ask the waiters etc. questions about the food and the restaurant. Yes, I am anal.
