Operation Mindcrime II?
what is this? i saw it listed in a CC ad last weekend and i'm trying to figure out what it is?

It looks like new songs. I loved the original Operation Mindcrime. has anyone listened to this yet? since hear in the now frontier (or whatever that was called) their stuff has been pretty crappy. i don't think HITNF was even that great.

It's a new album by them, from what I heard it wasn't that great.. esp because the original op mindcrime was amazing.

I haven't heard anything new from them but Silent Lucidity is one of my top 10 favorite songs.

I asked my wife since she's a pretty big Queensryche fan (owns 7 of their albums). She says: "It was different, but not different in a bad way. It wasn't quite as good as the original Mindcrime album but I think you can't top a classic and this one was good in it's own right."

The more I listen to Mindcrime II, the more I like it. Its definately not as good as the first, but that album is hard to top.
Mindcrime 2 has some songs that stand out though.

I heard a couple tunes from the album and it sounded pretty good. Geoff Tate's voice has held up well.
