Quarantined a Virus with NAV--Now What?

Intercepted a virus (kak.worm) and quarantined it. Couldn't send it to norton so what other options are there? If I delete it goes to recycle and gets reported as a virus. Must be a simple solution to avoid downloading a manual. I just want to clean out my quarantine files.

just delete it using the quarantine explorer in nav.

See if you can repair the file before you delete it (using NAV).

It can't repair and when I delete from quarantine it asks me to confirm I wish to delete this from quarantine and then it goes to the recycle bin where it gets discovered as a virus!

I'll email Norton this week as I thought there must be a simple solution to my problem of this virus going round & round.
