exactly how old is a quantum fireball 3.5 series, 6gigs? it can't be 6 months old, can it? kinda urgent

I have a 6.4 Fireball...got it bout 7 years ago...still in my machine too, tho not too active

The 6.4's were available up to about 3 years ago, so thats a possibilty.

I have a 6.4 gig quantum fireball... nice little hard drive... but it's been in at least 4 different computers of mine, so it's probably 3 or 4 years old

Mine died about a year and a half ago. Got it on ebay 4 years ago for like 80 bucks. It was decent, but loud.

yes, Quantum was a brand I was sad to see leave, although I am glad it moved Maxtor up in quality (or at least it was coincicence)
