Us too man....I work at a Hospital and we buy Gateways. Most of the ones with Quantum Fireballs have died. Ive replaced 10+ of them myself. They are start making loud popping sounds or won't spin up. I asked a tech that works for Gateway about the drives and he said they were well aware of the problems with those drives. Alas, they have never recalled them.
