why dont we have yet quantum computing avaiable in the market?

launching each year a " bit of cheese for the people " and not launching the full cheese.... with this, increasing their winnings a lot... and making the humanity advance slow, while the number of citizen of the world advance more each year that the new technology in the world
and technology is totally necessary if we want a earth planet with 10.000.000.000 of humans inside..... because technology in all the ways, is necessary to make the people win more money and to create more jobs
what what happen when the system starts to think more in money, and make the revolution of the technology advance " slower " than how is supposed to advance?

human ammount of people increase at 2.0 speed
while technologic revolution increases at 0.5 speed
is supposed now with a modern computer you can solve more problems than when you was in 1990
and in 1990 for solve some problems you were winning maybe 1000 dollars each month for that
but now, with a modern computer, you solve probabbly 500 more operations each day, your brain stress more, but wait, you are winning 1000 dollars each month
difference? the market, the system, thinks you are a computer too, but not, you are a human, not a machine
it seems the money make the people think again the big mistake of the last century, what was that mistake? in 1939 one country though that humanity was a machine, and for that reason we lived a war
now history is in a diffrent way repeating the history
you can see how a country in the planet is believing that they are " machines " and not humans, of course, forced by the state, and im not talking about USA, u know very well about what country im talking
