Quality of songs on Napster 2.0 ? ?

Out of all the new sites out there offering songs for a fee , I have found that the Quality is a poor 128kbps .
I just checked out Napster 2.0 but I could'nt find what the quality of the songs were .

What bitrate are most songs on Napster 2.0 listed at ? (128 , 256 or higher ?)
Is there a site out there that has HIGH QUALITY downloads ?
