Quake 4

If you played Quake 2 you'd know that Quake III played slightly differently. Quake 4 is the true sequel to Quake 2. It's totaly worth it for $20. Worst Buy should be Best Buy in the occasion becuase of there $5 off a $20 purchase gift card w/ coupon. It comes out to $15 + tax

I'd rank both Q4 and Doom 3 equal, but differnt.

Q4 is more sci fi, and has moments the feel like a warzone.

Doom 3 is more "HOLY ****" as a monster jumps out of the wood-work, you feel more isolated but that's because everyone is dead or wish they where and i feel it adds to it. (However if your very hard to frighten, then you'll find it dull).

IMO, get one or the other, not both as i found Q4 (pc) very dull after playing Doom3 (xbox). BTW i think FEAR is better then both unless you love eye candy.
