Quake 3 lost demos.

I just updated my Quake 3 to the point release 1.30 and I lost demo1 and demo2, and now I only have some other demo66... It looks good but I would still like the old ones back to compare performance.

And does anybody know were I can find the old demos as well as some other demos and how to install them as I would like to try them out.
