At least thats what I do with v1.17 ,oh yeah to get the FPS to show press ¬ type timedemo 1 (I think theirs a space!)then start the demo ,at the end press ¬ again & your FPS will show

When you get into Q3A. Hit ~ and your console will come down. THen type "timedemo 1" hit enter then type "demo demo001", press enter. Let it run, and when it is done, hit ~ again and look in your console and it will tell you.

To get a real time display of your frame rate you use the cg_drawFPS variable. If you set this to '1' you will see your frame rate displayed in the upper right corner of the screen while playing. The handiest way to use this is to set up a key to turn it on or off. For example, the following console command will allow you to use the F12 key to turn the frame rate display on or off:

bind F12 toggle cg_drawFPS

Got this demo off of Maimum PC's monthly disc and niether one seems yo work with it.Thanks for tryin'!

OK uninstalled then installed another demo and the cg and 127 both work thanks guys.FPS with Voo5 and PIII @ 840 P3bf says 92.7 fps not too bad for a card alot of people say sucks.Now how do I get it to loop?

If you want cool demos that loop, go over to Hardocp and click on files, then cool stuff.....
