Quadcore mb help and DD2 Suggestions

I'm looking to upgrade my PC when the Q6600 Drops in price and I need help deciding over some ram and MB. My first question is whats the difference between these 2 mb's I was looking at to overclock my Q6600 yet at a good budget. All from Newegg please.

Well ur first mobo doesn't have raid that is one diff, i think that one may have 1more set of usb's. Other than that the are almost the same, up to you if raid is worth 30 bucks, as for the ram the 1st one prob overclock a bit better than the 2nd, but i have 2gb of the 2nd one and i love it but then again i dont oc at all, im going to get 2gb more when i have the cash. Enjoy ur toys..
