Quad Display System

Hi, I just finished putting together a new PC with Asus A8n-Sli and two Asus N6600GT video cards, I had believed that I will be ablt to run four monitors on it. It turns out that I cannot do it. Can someone suggest a low cost way of fixing this problem. I would like to change as few components as possible. I am not a gaming enthusiast so I really do not care about high end graphics.

Please help!

Not an advocate of THG, but check this out---> Multiple Monitors

I'd play with your system to see if you can get this feature to work. Shut down, leave the selector card set to dual, but remove the sli bridge across the top of the two cards. This should put in multiple monitor mode. You may have to go to Display Properties, and deselect the SLI mode there. Explore. 😉

I believe that hte only way to run more than two monitors on an sli motherboard using two PCIe graphics cards is to disable sli and not use the sli jumber card, so that essentially it will act just like an old system with one agp and on pci card.
