When i play quake 3 online after about 1 min playing my game lags up (where i cant move or notin) but i can still talk to people in the server. i can serf the internet wiht no problems but quake 3 is giving me troubles. I have Road Runner with a 3com NIC

anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
 
What do you have your Q3 data rate set to? What are you pinging? I take you have have installed the 1.29f point release? Are you running the most recent driver for your video card?
