Q9550 & EP45-UD3R OC question

It's been a while since I build my last system so I am not totally update on things. I just build a rig with Q9550 and EP45-UD3R board. I am trying to set the ram to 1:1 in the bios on the gigabyte board to 2.00 which gives me 1:1 ratio. However, it gives me four 2.0 options (A,B,C,D) for the different fsb straps, 200,400,266, 333.

Dumb question. what fsb strap setting should I use?

I have the same combo and got mine to 4.0Ghz with the 'D' strap I believe; I can check this evening and let you know.

thanks. please let me know. I did some poking around and found that the Q9550 has a 333 fsb. So I think it should be set on 2.00B <-------------------

Just checked and it is on 2.00B; tried D at one point but don't remember what happened. Got it stable at 471 x 8.5 for a RAM speed of 942 and called it good; best of luck with yours.
