Q9450 oem and retail

Hey I wanted to double check the oem and retail q9450 that are hard to find have the same stepping right? Since its hard to find a retail q9450 and a little easier finding the oem version doesnt it take a while for new steppings to be introduced?

q9450 oem and retail are the same. q9450 and x3350 are the same as well, so any q9450 or x3350, oem or retail, is the exact same chip.
