Every generation of DDR doubles the figure again, so 4X. These all run at the same base frequency:
SD 200
DDR 400
DDR2-800
DDR3-1600
and the timings figures also double. DDR "CAS2" became DDR2 @4-4-4, and now DDR3 @8-8-8.

FSB 1600 - At 1600 it freezes at post. At 1550 its fine.
Mem 800 I also tried 802 and 850.
Huh? The FSB should be a simple multiple of the RAM speed. (Ideally 2:1) When you change one, the other should move with it.
