Q6600 Upgrade??

I currently have the following system,

E4400 @ 3.2 (320x10) on air
Ga965p-DS3 mobo
2 gig DDR2 800mhz Ram
8800GTX
320 Seagate Sata2 HD

I was thinking of dropping a Q6600 in the board, and should be able to clock it up to 3.2 hopefully, but would i see much of a difference? was thinking of Crysis performance.

What you have is plenty for Crysis. Why haven't you downloaded the demo yet? Anyway, here's a link for you to read: link.
