Q6600 G0 Stepping for $249.99 shipped

Here's the link at Tiger Direct. I saw this on SD a few days ago, but the details on Tiger Direct still showed the B3 stepping even though some reviewers claimed to get the G0 stepping. Now the detailed specs on Tiger Direct show the G0 stepping. After ebates, I'll get this for about $242.49. There was no tax for me.

Edit: realized that it's 3% cash back instead of 2%

I've noticed that even the retailers like Circuit City have these marked down and are OOS.


Makes me wonder if we might actually be seeing the QX9450 soon?


Good deal, and not to crap, but we might want to wait and see what happens with the 9450 soon, it might push these down further..

lowest I've seen is 255 so this is a pretty good deal especially for GO stepping.

However I still want to know when the darn 9450 will be out... seriously.. I cant find any info on it anywhere or whats up with the delay

People pretty much said the same thing when dual core (AMD X2) was released. You don't need two cars..blah blah blah. How many people do you think would want a single core cpu now?
