DFI is overrated.
Bigtime.

I'm no n00b, & i don't think i'll ever be buying one again.

There was no way to really stably run 8 GB on my P35-T2R unless i used 2:3, which is horseshit, as i spent days & days tweaking & loosening every damn subtiming in the bios.
Didn't matter though, i could underclock the CPU, RAM, everything, & it simply sucked its ass off.
It's pretty obvious DFI does their QC testing on little 2x1 GB Micron-based configs, since the board would freak out as soon as it had to handle three or four DIMMs.

Now, i have a nice P5Q Deluxe that not only is a piece of cake to OC with, but i can also mess with every subtiming i want & still maintain stability.

BTW, Gillbot, what's pissing you off about your DFI?
