what does 1:1 mean?

Here's what I did:

Set Multiplier 9, FSB 333 just to be safe, and manually set ram freq to 400 (my ram is rated ddr2-800). CPU-Z shows ram as: 400, with FSB😀RAM ratio of 5:6. Does this mean I shouldn't manually set ram freq?
