Something dreadful happening to my son (he is 3) or my wife.

THAT is what I am MOST afraid of!

(My worst ever nightmare was of my wife tripping and falling over backwards off a VERY high cliff and hearing her scream my name on the way down......MAN that gives my the creeps just thinking about it again as I type this!)

Curious: do you get anxiety attacks often?

If so, may I recommend getting a natural/herbal supplement pill containing Iodine and taking one or two a day. See how you feel after a week or two of that. A good one is Standard Process Inc.: Min-Tran

Iodine deficiency leads to an enlarged thyroid and one of the symptoms is often anxiety, which can lead to agoraphobia.

Stupid as it sounds, I don't like being underground. I'm also claustrophobic (I guess the two are related).

I'm also afraid of deep water and dehydration.

Edit: Now that I've read it, I think the first two aren't so much "undergroundaphobia" as they are agoraphobia.

Used to have them but can't say I do anymore. Mostly then and now I'd just be tense all the time. The way I deal with it now is that it builds up all day at work and school then I go home then soon as I get inside I feel totally wiped out (no energy, confused and headache, sore neck/shoulders) :/ It sucks but I still get out.

Oh and I get enough salt (which is iodized already) so I doubt its an iodine deficiency.

I'm scared that the zombie invasion won't happen in my lifetime.

I'm seriously paranoid that it would.

I'm already prepared for it.

With 400 posts in under a month how have I missed you?

I like the way you think.
