Are Q-Tec Power supplys any good?
Cos my local PC shop, Overclockers UK, sells them, and they seem high quality, but cheap as well. Under £30 for a 550W PSU, with dual fans.

My local PC shop is also the Overclockers store and I went in yesterday and from what I saw they are a pretty good PSU.

look at the label. see what the voltage of combined 3.3v and 5v rails is. if it's above 200W it's a good PSU and will probably run anything. if it's much below 180W i wouldn't trust it.

also ask the salesperson if they are quiet or not... lousy loud PSUs are a waste of your money.
