I have simple question. WHen do I need RAID0 card? I am buildding system with 2 to 3 HD. 1 ATA and 2 SATA. Do Ineed any additional card?

Don't.

If you have to ask about when to use RAID you shouldn't be using it at all.

Edit: Overly symplistic i admit, but a good guide for the most part.
 
Yeah, raid 0 for most consumers and even gaming, just isn't worth it. RAID 1 may be a good idea though if your board has onboard RAID.
