I'm just curious, did you get any software that allows you to play store bought DVD movies on your PC [ex. PowerDVD or WinDVD] w/ your DVD burner, or did you only get burning software 😕

They should, if not, you can buy one on Amazon for free after rebates or buy one OEM for like $5. I like PowerDVD the best.

I usually don't like the playback software they include anyways.

Noticed they always include Nero, a blank DVD+R or RW and DVD playback.

I got power DVD and nero with a CDRW/DVD-ROM combo drive I bought. Only bought
one brand new DVD burner in my life (SONY DRU500a) and it came with software.

I don't know if my optorite came with any. I just use powerDVD. I must have about 10 copies of it by now.
