Q: Does anyone own a personal alcohol breathalyzer?

As the thread title says, does anyone own a personal alcohol breathalyzer? I'm interesting in purchasing one and I'm looking for some feedback. Thanks in advance! :beer:

We had one in college. Ours really wasn't accurate, or even in the realm of possibility of most of the time, and I've heard the same from anyone else I knew that bought one. I'd never suggest it as anything other than a novelty.

I got a cheap one from dealextreme. It is highly inaccurate and should not be used for anything but entertainment.

No I support every PD department in the state and my back windshield and FOP card proves it.

My friend has one and he says it works but I'm sure there's no way to test the accuracy with consumer ones.

I bought a cheapie, one of the same models at DealExtreme sells. Highly inaccurate. I had to get faced for it to register anything. Fun test tho!

my brother had one back in college. he lost it one night drinking. i got him a replacement for his birthday and it suffered the same fate. i think it is safe to say that they are useless when you're that drunk
