I work full time @ home for this company- ("tobacco cessation specialist")...I go in to the office occasionally (downtown Seattle), but 99% of my time is @ home.

I was interested in becoming a writer. Where do you do this?

I head up the Information Security dept. for an insurance company and I usually work at least 1 day at home every week.

1.5 days per week. I am in grad school and my class is early in the afternoon and work is in the opposite direction from school. So they let me work from home on class days.

I am a design and integration engineer in the aerospace industry.

I have a laptop and keyfob. Works out pretty well. Just need to put larger files on my HD before leaving the previous day.

The company actually selected about 40% of my department to work from home 2 years ago. It was a new program they were/are testing to ensure that in the event of a disaster our apps/servers can be completely maintained remotely.

There is even an SOP for each of us if such a disaster were to strike.

Oracle I presume? :)

I work from home on Fridays. Great gig. I'm a Network Administrator managing about 200 servers. We have 3 Net Admins here and each of us gets one day a week to work from home. I drew the long straw and scored me Friday.

I work from home and make a ton of money. It's too lucrative to reveal my secret but lets just say people think I'm from Nigeria. ;)

Yes. I have a disabled son and my work schedule has to fit around his needs. I do web marketing.

I could if I wanted. I work technical sales for a national backbone provider. I just couldn't work from home with the wife and kids there so I set myself up in a stand alone office with just me, a computer and a phone. Works nicely.

My place of work is piloting 1 or 2 days of telecommuting per week. I don't know if I'm a candidate yet, but I might be.
I mostly develop pro-c code for our central production AIX box and assist the systems analysts and support analysts when they get stumped...

I don't work from home but I want to start a webhost. I'm HOPING eventually it can bring in more money then what I do on my job, at which point, I will be working from home. :D Still working on the control panel for it though so it will be a while. Guess I can count that as working from home even though it's more hobby at this point.
