[Q] Can you use PC 133 memory at 100 FSB???

I'm going to build a new system (Duron) & I was wondering if you could use PC 133 mem at 100 FSB? Reason being I'll probably upgrade in the future to a Thunderbird later on (because a Duron will do everything I want but when it can't I could extend the life of my system with the Thunderbird).
