Q: Are we allowed to talk about torrents here in ATOT?

Since I can't find a definitive answer in the ATOT threads, nor Forum Issues; I was curious to know what the consensus was on torrent discussion here.

IMO, they are legal, but the **AA will tell you otherwise and might sue. You don't have the resources to fight for your rights in court.

Yes they are closely related to illegal torrents. They are like a TV show in the gray area of the law.

It seems that threads that deal with TV torrents, like the top gear threads that pop up every year are ok. However, I think I've seen threads that speak about illegal software downloads set new records for fastest lock.

I don't really know what the issue with them is, especially after they've aired. It's not like the person would be seeing the commercials which pay for them then anyway... I could see this being a problem a year ago when they were being released from satellite wildfeeds (prior to network distribution and airing with commercials).
