Pyramid Schemes

I'm not defending them at all, just curious, what makes Pyramid Schemes bad?

you profit by screwing over those under you. the only way to not get screwed is to screw over others

Well, the pyramids belong in Egypt you see. So if we have a pyramid scheme here in the states, it's a violation of Egypt - US diplomatic treaties. Allowing this to happen causes a rift in the bedrock of the Nile River, which in turn makes the baby jesus cry. Therefore, pyramid schemes are bad.

Central America has those Incan things, so they're cool. Don't know about South America.

Central America has those Incan things, so they're cool. Don't know about South America.

I believe South America has a pyramid or two also. As well as parts of Africa other than Egypt. 😉

Um, the Incan empire was in what is now Peru and Chile. Unless these countries moved while I was sleeping last nite, they are still in South America.

Like South America, Mesoamerica - Mexico and southward to Central America - has a long pre-Columbian history. Mesoamerican cultures include the Mayan and Aztec empires.
