Give one reason why she deserved to be fired. She didn't do anything other than state her opinion.
 
I think the boss is a first class jerk. He's more concerned about being insluted by a drunk girl than by the fact that she is drunk at the party.

Anyone that who gets that easily offended by some druck chick calling you cheap is not the best leader in the world.
All employees have gripes about the boss. It more of the getting drunk at a company function that should worry him.

He should keep her on just for a while, just for the fun of making her walk on pins-and-needles, if he believes she needs to be let go.

1) she was stupid for getting so drunk at a work party

2) se was stupid for not pretending she thought it was a roast of the boss.

I think it was staged too. It is hard to believe a girl that drunk would be so calm after the event.
