So, been out of work a couple months, just went back, so trying to make ends meet until paycheck, in next few weeks.
I thought I was gonna have me some brussels sprouts for dinner, since the cupboards are so bare. I dumped them into the water, then took off my reading glasses. Oh sh!t These are peas!

Oh well, it's just all part of the big test.

Yes, but I had to disconnect the home phone...actually, I had to let them disconnect it, and I told them I would turn it back on, and pay my bill, when able again. Frankly the cable company has been gracious with me. I owe them big time. If it weren't for them, I would have gone nutz...can you imagine, no internet, no cable tv, all the while being unemployed?
There are only certain hours you can apply for jobs, and at first, I tried to sleep the other time. I just realized I was getting more depressed.

No, I have the job. The b1tch is trying to get thru two months without a paycheck, until payday, which is the 10th of next month.

Oh, well. Americans will survive. I have 6 packs of Ramen, and I figure if I break them in half, the two cans of Tomato soup, and the can of tuna I have will carry me. I also have a bag of noodles, but I have not figured out what kind of a sauce I can make with condiments yet.

There was one winter break during my college years in which I was dead broke. Everyone had left for the break and I was in a friend's apartment. I actually dug thru in the back of the couches to get some change and bought some Ramen noodles - which I rationed out to myself. Was I happy when the cafeteria reopened ...

I detested Ramen noodles ever since and was pretty sure that I'd never eat them again

O how wrong I was Been broke a few times after that and Ramen, as much as I hate it, saw me thru.

I'm out of a job, yet I still feel fearless...for the next two months anyways. Actually enjoying my time off and planning a trip to vegas within the month. Always held two jobs and did nothing but work work work, glad I finally have some time to sit back, relax, and do things I actually enjoy and want to do. I'm living on the edge, yo! lol

No use stressing about things outside my control, right? BTW, if the debt collectors come knocking on my door tell them I died a horrible accident just yesterday, k?
